Application:
Wind fence is widely used in coal storage places of coal mine factory, coking plants, power plants and other factory factories; container area of port and wharf; steel, building materials, cement, construction sites and other open-air site needing to control dust. It can help crops to prevent wind and it can be used in desertification weather, dusty weather and other bad environments. It can be placed on both sides of railways, highways and roads to prevent wind and dust.

Materials:
Wind fence uses galvanized steel plate, color-coated steel plate and stainless steel plate as raw materials. The surface of wind fence is usually treated with antistatic spraying, which can prevent dust from sticking. After washing by rainwater, it is bright and clean and doesn’t need maintenance at the later stage.

Performance:

3. It has high strength: it can withstand high-intensity impact of hailstorm or strong wind. We have done impact strength test: 1Kg steel ball at the height of 1.5 meters away from the high point falls freely and impacts the surface. The surface is intact and there is no fracture and no holes.
4. It is antistatic: The surface is treated by electrostatic spraying. Organic contaminants attached to the surface of products can be oxidized and decomposed with sunlight.
5. It is hydrophilic. It can be cleaned by rainwater and so there is no maintenance cost.
