As a filter screen that involves a special weaving process, Dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh has different warp and weft mesh numbers. Ordinary and common Dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh has more weft numbers than warp numbers and thicker warp steel wires than weft steel wires, giving it its name of Dutch weave mesh. Dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh has a high filter precision than that of ordinary stainless square-hole mesh has, and the stainless square hole mesh will never meet the same precision levels as the Dutch weave. Dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh is also called Dutch cloth, dense mesh and hole-less mesh. Its weft wires are based on the close arrangement of steel wires, generally used in precision screening and oil filtering. Dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh with a large mesh number can filter oil only in a pressure environment. It is classified into two categories: plain weave and twill weave.
