Introduction of UNS S32304 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
2304 stainless steel (China grade: 00Cr23Ni4N) wire mesh is a duplex stainless steel wire mesh with low alloy and developed by Swedish technicians. Its solid solution temperature is around 1000℃. It is composed of 40%-50% ferrite and 50%-60% austenite, with common features of duplex stainless steel. The American standard is UNS S32304, and the Swedish trade mark is SAF 2304.

Corrosion Resisting Property of UNS S32304 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
UNS S32304 super duplex's PRE is 25, almost the same as that of 316L stainless steel. In terms of corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environments (such as seawater with higher content of chloride ions), it has an excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue.
