AnchorsZhongDi provides 3 types of anchors:
Claw Type Spike Plates / Steel Plate P33The anchor plate is made of a hot-dipped galvanized plate that is both corrosion and rust resistant. The anchor plate features a claw-like structure that easily fastens to soil or stones with a firm grip. The anchor plate is most commonly used with an ancor to fasten slope stabilization meshes onto the slope.
Connection Clip T2The T2 connection clip is a T2 press claw for boundary rope attachment, and is made of a Zn/Al coated steel wire with a 6mm/4mm≥390Mpa.
Connection Clip T3The T3 connection clip is used for connection of the rolls and is made of a Zn/Al coated steel wire with a 4mm ≥1770Mpa.
ColumnThe column is widely used in passive rockfall barrier systems to raise and support rockfall barriers. The column is attached to the base and is placed between rockfall barriers. The column then bears the rockfall barrier pressure and supplies additional stability and rigidity to the rockfall barrier system. The column is made of a hot-dip galvanized steel I/H plate and features an outstanding corrosion and rust resistance. It is chemically stable, making it ideal for use in harsh environments.
Column BaseThe column base is made of hot-dipped galvanized plates that are both corrosion and rust resistant, as well as chemically stable. They are formed for use with columns and form a solid base and support for rockfall barrier systems in passive barrier systems.
Decompression RingThe decompression ring is made of hot-dipped steel with an excellent corrosion and rust resistance. It is attached to the supporting rope and metal columsn using the double supporting rope to bear the rockfall barrier pressure. Different rockfall barrier systems require different decompression ring quantities.
Sewing Rope 8mm/12mmSlope stabilization meshes are supplied as pieces or rolls for an easy transportation. However, because mountains or other areas requiring a rockfall barrier are large and extensive, sewing rope for combining slope stanlization mesh into a full protective net is a must. The sewing rope also requires a high strength and large loading capacity to prevent stones from falling through joint areas on the net.
Boundary Rope 16mm/20mm/22mm/14mm/12mmSupporting rope is an important component in a slope stabilization system. It is installed along the edge of the stabilization system to bear both the pressure and loading capacity of the entire system.
Supporting Rope 12mm/14mm/16mm/20mm/22mmSupporting rope is an important component in the slope stabilization system and is installed along with wire nets to bear both the pressure and loading capacity of the stabilization system. Supporting rope is also used to support decompression rings and columns. Hot dip galbanized steel wire rope as the support rope offers a high tensile strength, and and outstanding corrosion and rust resistance. It is a durable and solid tool for slop stabilization systems.
