Flexible Ring Net Barriers - Tecco Mesh or Hexagonal Wire Mesh Combination
The Flexible Ring Net Barriers are comprised of steel ring nets and Tecco mesh. Often, the steel wire ring net can be used with hexagonal wire mesh. The ring links are made from high tensile strength steel wire. The rings are interlocked to supply high bearing and load capacity. Each ring is connected with four or six contiguous rings in order to create a stable and solid ring net. The steel ring netting is considerably more flexible than the steel rope net.
tecco mesh is made of high tensile steel wire (1770Mpa) to bear the high impact from stones, debris or snow. The wire diameter will be 2.0mm 3.0mm 4.0mm and the specifications are commonly G65/3 G65/4 G80/4 G45/2.
Hexagonal wire mesh
It is an alternative to the chain-link fencing. The hexagonal wire mesh can also be used in combination with a steel ring net to block smaller stones or soil on sloped surfaces.
Steel ring net
Steel ring net is made of high tensile steel wire and the wires are looped into circles. The circles will connect with each other to form a steel ring net. The steel ring net has a high load capacity and is more flexible than steel rope net.
The decompression ring is placed along with the steel wire ring net. It can reduce the pressure of the steel wire ring net. The decompression ring is made of hot-dipped galvanized metal, which has outstanding corrosion and rust resistance.
Supporting rope is mainly used for supporting the wire rope and decompression ring. It is made of stainless-steel wire ropes with high tensile strength to bear large loads.
The steel column is an H type post. It is installed onto the foundation base to support the steel wire ring net. The steel column is corrosion and rust resistant to withstand harsh environments. Additionally, the steel column is high tensile strength to support the steel ring net. The arrangement of the steel column is based on the terrain and usage environments.
The foundation base is used for fastening the steel column onto the ground. The foundation base is hot dipped galvanized to resist corrosion and rust.
