Incoloy 800 Wire Cloth is primarily used in applications with temperatures below 1100ºF, whereas alloys 800H and 800HT are normally used in temperatures above 1100ºF in applications where a resistance to creeping and ruptures is required. Incoloy 800 is a nickel-iron chromium alloy with a high strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in high temperatures.
Incoloy 825 wire mesh is a nickel iron chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium and features an exceptional resistance to many aggressive corrosion environments.
Weave Pattern: plain weave, twill weave.
Materials: Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 800HT, Incoloy 825.
Feature: It has a high nickel content, making it easily able to resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, and a very stable austenite structure. The levels of molybdenum and copper enable the alloy to resist reducing agents and acids. Chromium gives resistance to oxidizing conditions, such as nitric acid solutions, nitrates and oxidizing salts.
Use: Incoloy 800 Wire Mesh is widely used in equipment that must have a high strength and resistance to oxidation, carburization and other harmful effects of high temperature exposure. For service requiring optimum creep and rupture properties, Incoloy 800H or 800 HT are used.
Packing: waterproof paper with plastic cloth and then placed in a wooden box
